DEFINITIONS

Operator = The operator responsible for data processing within the meaning of the GDPR Regulation is PASCAL GRILL AS, A company with private capital, registered at the Trade Register with No. J40 / 326/2019, fiscal code RO 40412906 and the registered office in Gherghitei Street 165 room 1, Bucharest, Romania, hereinafter referred to as PASCAL GRILL AS or Operator.

LEGAL BASIS – the legitimate interest of the Operator to avoid online fraud and to ensure the general functionality of the site, the execution of a contract and the consent of the data subject, as the case may be.
